Ladders!

The original image in this piece was taken in the late 80s. I am a sucker for repeated shapes, so this arrangement of ladders really grabbed me.

Makes me think of a line from a Replacements' song, "God, what a mess, on the ladder of success
Where you take one step and miss the whole first rung."
